These terms are from KB Ventures, which runs AceGuides and Black Crest Web Designs. By buying from us or using our guides or services, you agree to these terms.

2. Study guides are for personal study only

When you buy a digital study guide, you may use it for your own personal study. You may not:

• resell it;
• share it or send copies to other people, including classmates or group chats;
• upload, publish or republish it anywhere, in full or in part.

3. No guarantee of marks or results

Our guides are general study help. They are not a replacement for teaching at school, and we do not guarantee any marks, scores or results.

4. Our own original work

Our guides are our own original work. They are not copied from textbooks or exam papers.

5. VCE and the VCAA

VCE® is a registered trademark of the VCAA. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the VCAA or any school.

6. Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

7. Website services (Black Crest Web Designs)

• Before any work starts, we agree the scope and the price with you in writing.
• You supply accurate content (such as text, photos and logos) and confirm you have the right to use it.
• We publish your website only after you have approved it.

8. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See our refunds policy for how we handle problems with a purchase.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
