What it covers
- Hosting upkeep. We keep your site online and keep its hosting settings and HTTPS certificate up to date.
- Small changes. Up to 3 small text or photo changes a month, like new prices, new hours or swapping a photo.
- Security checks. We check your site and its settings each month and fix anything that needs it.
- Backups. We keep a copy of your site, so it can be put back quickly if anything goes wrong.
- Priority replies. Care plan requests go to the front of the queue.
What it does not cover
- New pages or new sections (we quote these first)
- Redesigns or a new look
- Writing large amounts of new content from scratch
- Your domain name renewal, which you pay directly (about $20 a year)
- Other services you sign up to, like booking apps or email accounts
- Unused changes do not roll over to the next month
Not on the care plan? You can still ask for changes any time. We quote them fairly first.
