Do I need to book?
No. Walk-ins are always welcome until 30 minutes before close. Booked clients get priority, so booking is the surest way to avoid a wait, especially on Saturdays.
How long does a cut take?
Most cuts take 30 to 45 minutes. Shaves and packages take longer. Each service lists its time, and the booking form adds them up.
Do you cut women’s hair?
Yes. Jess and Marco both cut all hair types and lengths. Book a Scissor Cut or Classic Cut and tell us what you have in mind.
Do you cut kids’ hair?
Absolutely. Kids under 12 are $34, and the Father & Son package puts two chairs side by side on Saturday mornings.
How do I pay?
Card, cash or phone. We do not take cheques. Memberships are billed monthly and can be paused at any time.
What if I need to cancel?
Please give us 24 hours’ notice and there is no charge. Same-day cancellations may attract a fee of half the service price.
Can I get just a beard trim?
Of course. Book a Beard Trim & Shape, or a Beard Sculpt if you want a full reshape with razor lines.
Do gift cards expire?
Never within three years, and they can be used on any service, package or product in the shop.
