Questions, answered
Do I need a patch test before colour?
Yes, for your first colour with us. A patch test takes about five minutes and needs to be done at least 48 hours before your appointment. Book one free of charge by calling the salon, or ask for one when you come in for a consultation. If you have coloured with us in the last 12 months you do not need another.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or move an appointment. Inside 24 hours we may charge half of the booked service. If something genuinely unexpected happens, call us and we will do our best.
What if I am running late?
Call or text as soon as you know. Up to 10 minutes late we can usually still do your full service. After that we may need to shorten it or move you to the next opening, so that the person after you is not kept waiting.
Do you cut kids' hair?
Yes. Kids' cuts are for children under 12 and take about 30 minutes. A parent or carer needs to stay in the salon for the whole visit.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, in amounts of $50, $100 and $150. Choose one in the gift voucher section. Vouchers can be used on any service or product, and are valid for 12 months.
How can I pay?
We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and EFTPOS. Prices include GST. The final price is confirmed at your consultation, before we start.
