Do you charge a call-out fee?
We quote a fixed price before work starts, and it includes getting to you. Emergency call-outs start from $199 and include the first 30 minutes of work. We tell you the call-out fee before the plumber leaves the depot.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Every plumber and gas fitter on our team is licensed (Lic. 000000) and we carry public liability insurance. Our licence number is on every quote and invoice.
Do you work weekends?
Yes. We answer the phones from 8am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday, and the emergency line is open 24/7, including public holidays.
Do you do gas?
Yes. We do gas fitting, appliance installs and gas leak checks from $169. If you smell gas, leave the house, do not touch any switches and call us on 03 5550 0142. In an emergency call 000.
How fast can you come?
In our service area, a plumber is usually at your door within 60 minutes. Closer suburbs are often 30 to 45 minutes. Check your suburb in the service areas section.
Do you give a warranty?
Yes. All our work carries a 12-month workmanship guarantee. Parts and hot water systems also carry the manufacturer's warranty, which is often longer.
Do you work with insurers?
Yes. We can supply photos, a written report and an itemised invoice for your insurance claim. It is worth checking with your insurer first about any approved providers.
Do you take card?
Yes. Pay by card on the day. Afterpay is available on big jobs, and businesses can pay by invoice.
